Since the founding of dish by Jenny Parton in 2004 our company has grown from a fledgling small business, to one of Hawkes Bay’s most high profile and professional caterers.
In November of 2007 the dish kitchen was relocated to the state of the art, newly refurbished Hawkes Bay Opera House complex. Throughout, our one driving philosophy has remained the same, to exceed expectations, every time, in everything we do.
We at dish know that every client is important, and we appreciate the choice that they have made to choose a catering company that offers the best food, service, and value available. Catering is about the complete experience, so while outstanding cuisine is what we do, we know that food is nothing without service. At dish we employ only experienced chefs and waitstaff and will assign a function manager to every event.
